Wake up!
Getting up the same time every day is said to improve your good looks. A daily routine matters a lot. Your body needs more or less eight hours of sleep a day to function the right way. When you go to sleep and wake up the same hour, your skin gets used to such rest. At night, it gets repaired to look fresh and radiant in the morning. If you can’t give your body enough sleep, remember that the skin is most prone to regeneration around midnight. That’s why try to go to bed around 10 pm and apply rich products beforehand.
Morning & Evening Care
The way you clean your skin in the evening affects the way it looks in the morning. Remember to remove make-up, sebum, sweat and dirt that settle during the day. Use a mousse that moisturises the skin at the same time. In the morning, try a refreshing toner. You can also use micellar water or a gel restoring the right pH.
Protect your skin from the sun!
It doesn’t mean you should avoid it, though. SPF creams will save you from photoaging, wrinkles, pigmentation and age spots. Apart from products, you can cover the face with a hat, avoid the sunlight between 10 am and 3 pm or walk on the shadowy side of the street. If you go for sun protection products, why don’t you use an extra hydrating cosmetic to keep the skin from drying?
Take care of your skin from within
The food and drinks you have influence your skin appearance. Products that are rich in vitamins, nutrients, valuable fats and carbohydrates can make your skin much healthier. Don’t forget about the hydration: drink a lot of still water every day. In the morning, have a glass of warm water with lemon which stimulates your digestive system and reinforces the body. A healthy diet will let you look beautiful all the time.
