What About the Hangover?
Drink a lot of water. Alcohol deprives the body of water, dehydrates mucosa and washes out vitamins and micro-nutrients. Magnesium, vitamin C and B, chocolate and cocoa will help you fight the hangover. A warm meal is a must. Chicken soup will surely eliminate the problem.
